The Linguistics Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Repository (LEDIR) is a major output of the project titled \u201cInnovations in Linguistic Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in the Linguistics Curriculum and Beyond\u201d, an initiative spearheaded by Professor Nathan Sanders in the Department of Linguistics at the University of Toronto, funded by a grant from the Learning & Education Advancement Fund in the Faculty of Arts & Science. The project is intended to enhance the undergraduate curriculum and pedagogical practices of the Department of Linguistics and linguistics as a field, to better address linguistic injustice, especially in courses where linguistic injustice is not normally central to the material. The project aims to do the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please contact Professor Nathan Sanders here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The LEDIR website as a whole can be cited in text as (Sanders et al. 2021\u20132025<\/span>), with the following basic reference format in the bibliography, adjusted as necessary to fit your particular style guide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Italicizing the website name is optional and depends on your style guide. Note that the second year in red<\/span> should be updated to the current copyright year of the LEDIR website, normally available at the bottom of each page. The first year (2021) indicates the year the LEDIR website went live (either of the two years can be left out of your citation, if your style guide doesn’t allow for both).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Individual resources can also be cited similarly. The authors should be the same as for LEDIR as a whole, unless noted otherwise. This means you may use and adapt LEDIR materials for non-commercial purposes, as long as you give LEDIR appropriate credit and maintain the same or compatible copyright licence on any adaptions.
